Everyone in Grampound, our shareholders and sponsors will receive an invitation to attend our special opening on Friday 7th November at 10.30 am which will include meeting some of our local suppliers and we are delighted that the children of our school will also be involved.
Some 18 months ago Fiona Jones wrote to Alex Polizzi to tell her of our project, we did not really expect a reply but to our delight Sue, Alex's PA wrote back and asked us to keep Alex up to date with progress. We have been in contact ever since and whilst long distance contact is difficult we received nothing but encouragement which kept us going and made us believe we could achieve a village store....and so we have! We are really looking forward to meeting Alex in person and of course all our lovely customers and supporters.
