It's Friday 28th February the last day to buy shares.

Would you believe it!  We have sold £18,650 worth of shares as of this morning and there is still time for those who have not made it yet.  Either pop into Trevillick House between 10 am and 2 pm or drop it through the door before midnight.
The response from our small community has been overwhelming and shows how much we all want a village store to shop in.  The Steering Group will now do all in its power to open the store later this year - planning permission permitting.

Thank you Grampound for supporting our fundraising evening and making it such a huge success. 90 of us enjoyed mash potato from Griggs, sausages from Kernow Sausages and two large tables of desserts made and given by many of the partygoers.

A huge thanks to those who set up and decorated the hall and tables, to those who cooked and served and an even bigger thanks to those who cleared and cleaned the kitchen and hall after.  Thanks also to those who ran the bar and raffle, who entertained us with magic and quizzes and of course to Skinners for donating pints of Betty Stoggs.

Our Planning Application has been submitted and you can write to the Planning Department to, hopefully, support it.

Go to our Business page to view the planning application and see on our Home page how to let the planning department know your views about our proposed Village Store and Coffee Shop.  This is another big milestone for our project!

Skinner's are donating a 36 pint polypin of popular Betty Stoggs for us to sell at the Sausage and Mash evening.  Licence already granted!
Skinner's say  "We are glad to be able to help with your fundraising, local facilities are hugely important to communities, especially in the more rural parts of Cornwall."
We say "Thank you Skinner's for recognising the importance of our proposed Grampound Village Store".
