Community Shares
It was the willingness of the people of Grampound to invest in community shares that made Grampound Village Store a reality in 2014. Since that time many people have joined our community and some have asked if they also can become shareholders in Grampound Community Shop Ltd. This is perfectly possible and the whole scheme is explained in the attached EXPLANATION.
Shareholders receive regular information about the business, are able to attend the AGM held in the autumn each year, can vote for the management committee, can serve on the management committee and are invited to special shareholder events from time to time.
