Stephen Gilbert MP and Dean Jenkins, Chair of our Parish Council congratulating Margie Lundie and Peter Wootton on a successful sale of shares.

On Friday Stephen Gilbert, Member of Parliament for St Austell and Newquay came to Grampound to learn about the community's work towards setting up a much needed village store.  He met with members of the Steering Group who told him of the tremendous support they were receiving from the village and beyond and how they are determined to open the shop later in the year.
